I didn’t receive an invite. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. Make sure you are using the same email address used during registration. If you still don’t see it, contact your coach or the league information officer at [email protected]
I registered on my phone but didn’t get added. Why?
Sometimes team invitations are sent after rosters are finalized. If you recently registered, please allow time for rosters to update. Invites may also be added from a computer, which can take additional time.
I’m on the team but not receiving notifications.
Open the GameChanger app → go to your profile → notifications → ensure alerts are turned ON. Also check your phone’s notification settings.
Can both parents be on GameChanger?
Yes! Both parents/guardians can join. One parent can add the other as a family member once connected to the team.
Can grandparents or other family members follow along?
Absolutely. They can be added as fans, which allows them to view schedules and scores without team messaging access.
Will all divisions use GameChanger the same way?
Not necessarily. Younger divisions may use GameChanger primarily for schedules and messages, while older divisions may also use scorekeeping and stats.
Is GameChanger required?
Yes. GameChanger is our primary communication platform, and families are expected to stay informed through the app.
Who do I contact if something looks wrong on the schedule?
Please contact your team’s manager first. League administrators will assist if needed.
Can I message coaches directly through GameChanger?
Team-wide communication is encouraged. For individual matters, you can choose to message only one person but please follow league communication guidelines and address concerns appropriately.
